Position Summary
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) driving demand/adoption of BMS medicines within a defined territory through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-office scientific presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau approved list) including scheduling/logistics.
- Stay current on emerging approved-indication data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functionally collaborate; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
- Spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and a customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Strong account management/selling competencies and sales performance track record.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive team mindset and can-do attitude.

Compensation
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100 (plus possible incentives/stock if eligible).
