Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in the assigned portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) with deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate product use and business performance objectives. Field-based role: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and inform call plans.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: present label-consistent approved resources/publications; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging approved-indication data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with field teams; share insights internally; comply with laws/regulations/policies governing BMS conduct.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately to physicians.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers/office staff for differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management and selling/promotion competencies with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive, can-do mindset.
