Position Summary
- Field-based TAS drives demand for BMS medicines by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue with HCPs; builds credibility with RTLs and community-based physicians/HCPs; collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely, scientific, safe/appropriate use.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a territory to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients; maintain/grow scientific expertise.
- Prepare and execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 (where implemented) to inform call plans.
- Deliver fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share insights; comply with laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately to help physicians treat patients.
- Track record building customer credibility; strong account management and sales performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive mindset.
Preferred
- Oncology experience.
