Position Summary
The TAS (Territory Account Specialist) drives demand for BMS medicines in their portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label and leveraging CE^3/new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications within the territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 insights to inform dynamic call plans and provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources/publications; ensure medical accuracy.
- Deliver in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (select approved speakers; manage logistics).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
- Demonstrated credibility with key customers and HCP influence network; customer-centric mindset.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling/promotion, and sales performance (meeting/exceeding goals).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive team mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (if eligible)
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock opportunities may be available.
