Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS product indications in a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Build and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use tools such as CE^3 to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate scientific expertise using approved resources/publications; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (speaker selection, scheduling, logistics).
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engage Medical on Call for real-time medical support (unsolicited questions/complex technical inquiries).
- Collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights with stakeholders.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and office staff; customer-centric mindset.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management and selling competencies with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration; positive, can-do attitude.
