Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role (anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers) driving adoption and appropriate use of BMS medicines through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and scientific dialogue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (when implemented) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize speaker programs (Speakers Bureau approved).
- Maintain expertise on emerging approved-indication data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; gather/share insights internally.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers and patient-care stakeholders.
- Demonstrated account management, selling competencies, and proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do mindset.
Preferred
- Oncology experience.
