Position Summary
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) spending 100% of time in the field with external customers.
- Drive demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (when implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue: in-office presentations, emerging data updates, organize external speaker programs.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share customer insights; comply with applicable laws/policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Oncology experience required.
- Strong ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven account management, selling/promotional skills, and performance track record.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
