Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in appropriate patients within a defined territory; engage HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) using deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs across the patient care continuum as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products and overall business results.
- Field-based role: anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans and provide feedback.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams for best Cx; gather/share internal insights; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Credibility-building experience with key customers and customer influence network; customer-centric mindset.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management and selling competence; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional work ability; positive team mindset/can-do attitude.
