Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TA: Psychiatry) responsible for driving demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific, label-consistent dialogue.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients; build and maintain scientific expertise.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans; use CE^3 (once implemented) to inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved); maintain expertise on emerging data.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited/technical questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Cx; share internal insights.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with customers and strong account management/selling with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated cross-functional effectiveness and can-do mindset.
- Experience in Neurology preferred.

Compensation Overview
- Field (US): $139,230–$168,714 (plus potential incentives/stock based on eligibility).
