Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TA: Psychiatry). Spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
- Drive demand for appropriate patients by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; build scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients; maintain/grow expertise; create territory/account plans; use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning and relay feedback.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns); organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/complex technical questions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing BMS conduct.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; build credibility with customers and stakeholders.
- Psychiatry experience preferred.
- Proven account management, selling competencies, and sales performance; strong cross-functional collaboration mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field, US: $139,230β$168,714 + potential incentive cash/stock (eligibility-based).
