Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS), Neuroscience/MS (Field) – Orlando, FL (100% field time)
Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS product indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Use scientific expertise/resources to present accurate, label-consistent information to HCPs; ensure medical accuracy.
- Drive demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) and organize approved external speaker programs (selection, scheduling, logistics).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited/technical questions.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive territory/account plans; use CE^3 (once implemented) to inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Liaise and collaborate cross-functionally; gather/share insights; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with key customers and create differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Demonstrated account management and selling performance; cross-functional effectiveness.
- Neurology experience preferred.
- Analytical and technology agility (CE^3, CRM/software, digital channels); patient-centric mindset; integrity/good judgment.
Preferred/Desired: data analysis, HCP segmentation, scientific learning agility.
