Responsibilities:
- Promote, sell, and support company products/services to achieve all territory sales goals in geographic territory (Omaha, Lincoln, North Platte, Grand Island).
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support approved product indications.
- Answer product questions and assist customers with product use (with required referrals).
- Prepare and implement a comprehensive territory business plan.
- Contact prospects and explain product features/benefits using persuasive sales techniques per BMS Promotional Policy.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners (e.g., clinical nurse consultants, patient support specialists, marketers, account managers, advocate development managers, professional alliance managers, clinical liaisons).
- Plan and organize promotional speakers programs in partnership with Speakers Bureau vendor and advocate development managers.
- Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management.

Qualifications / Required-Pref Skills:
- BS in Business or Science.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales; at least 2 years hematology/oncology sales strongly preferred (or proven success in medical field).
- Proven top sales accomplishments; strong prioritization and time management.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical clinical material clearly.
- Ability to build relationships with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff (academic hospitals/clinics/private practice).
- Oncology therapeutic area, product, and marketplace knowledge.
- Healthcare system/process knowledge including reimbursement.
- Flexibility to succeed in a virtual work environment; teamwork and ability to integrate innovative ideas.
- Prefer ability to relocate; occasional overnight travel required.
- Must meet Qualified Driver requirements for company vehicle (e.g., age 21+, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving risk).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Base compensation (Field, US): $144,500–$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock opportunities may be available (eligibility-based).
