Position Summary
- Field-based role responsible for driving demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; engage through label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Coordinate with other BMS functions to deliver timely, scientific customer experience while prioritizing safe/appropriate product use and business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand using clinical/scientific rationale; maintain deep product/therapeutic expertise; develop territory/account plans; use SOPHIA insights to inform call plans; provide tool/insight feedback to leadership.
- Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources for accurate medical information; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs (per Speakers Bureau lists); stay current on emerging approved data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/complex inquiries.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with field teams and share insights internally to better serve customers.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Track record building credibility with customers and office staff; customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling/promotion skills, and performance history.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive attitude.
