Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Field-based role; spend much of time with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for insights and dynamic call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Fair & balanced scientific dialogue: use approved resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately to physicians.
- Proven credibility with customers/office staff; cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Demonstrated account management and selling/promotion skills with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness, positive team mindset/can-do attitude.
