Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines within an assigned territory by engaging HCPs through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue and a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) (CE^3).
- Build credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; collaborate cross-functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications compliantly to meet/exceed sales targets; articulate balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present approved scientific information (e.g., lunch-and-learns); organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse experience.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Proven account management and selling performance; strong cross-functional teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable)
- US: $134,390β$162,843; may include incentive cash/stock (eligibility-based).
