Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in a defined territory by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue (leveraging CE^3).
- Build credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate product use while achieving business/performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas; implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 insights to dynamically inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize approved external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Credibility-building, customer-centric mindset; strong account management and proven sales performance.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; strong selling/promotional skills.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
