Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
- Field-based role; spend much of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications within territory to meet/exceed sales targets; create balanced clinical/scientific demand rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; build/implement territory & account plans; use SOPHIA for insights/call planning; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally to better serve customers.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Credibility-building experience with customers/office staff; customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, proven sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional work style; integrity and good judgment.
