Position: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS), Cardiovascular Specialty (Field-based)
Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining the clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; organize external speaker programs; use Medical on Call for real-time responses to unsolicited questions.
- Proactively collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and customer-influence network.
- Cardiovascular experience required.
- Strong account management and selling skills with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive, can-do mindset.

- Customer/commercial mindset, patient-centricity, scientific agility, analytical and technological agility (CE^3, CRM tools, Medical on Call).
- Strong learning agility, integrity, business acumen.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Field (US): $134,390–$162,843; may include incentive cash/stock (eligibility-based).
