Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in an assigned territory by engaging HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Field-based role: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; build and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share customer insights with stakeholders.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Track record building credibility with customers (patient-centric, differentiated Cx).
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and proven sales performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and positive/can-do attitude.

Compensation (explicit)
- Field (US): $124,090–$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
