Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within an assigned portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders, community-based physicians/HCPs, office staff, and other patient-care stakeholders as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to deliver higher overall Customer Experience (Cx), ensuring safe and appropriate use of BMS products while meeting business results and performance objectives.
- Field-based role; spend much of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand via clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for insights and dynamic call plans; provide tool-usage feedback to leadership.
- Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources accurately; conduct label-consistent in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging approved-indication data; respond to unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams; gather/share internal insights.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building and customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive team mindset; strong selling/promotional skills.
