Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build credibility with regional thought leaders and community HCPs as primary point of contact; coordinate with internal BMS functions to meet HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner.
- Field-based role spending much time with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create balanced clinical/scientific demand; maintain product/TA expertise.
- Develop and execute territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data.
- Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to accurately communicate clinical/scientific data; build credibility with customers.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive mindset.
- Strong selling/promotional skills.

- Compensation range (US field): $124,090β$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
