Position Summary:
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines within a defined territory/region for appropriate patients.
- Engage Health Care Providers (HCPs) with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact. Field-based; 100% time in field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain and grow scientific expertise.
- Prepare and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call plans.
- Provide fair, accurate scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved); maintain expertise on emerging data.
- Engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited and complex technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; strong credibility-building with customers.
- Account management and sales performance (meeting/exceeding goals); strong cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong selling/promotional skills; cardiovascular experience preferred.

Compensation:
