Position: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS), Cardiovascular (Field), Riverside, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications in territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by clearly communicating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas; implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue: use approved resources/publications accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share relevant customer insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians; build credibility with customers/staff.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and strong selling/promotional skills; proven sales performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration; integrity and good judgment.
- Analytical ability (e.g., prescribing/market/HCP data), segmentation, and use of CE3 for insights/call planning.
- Digital agility (technology and communication channels; CE3/CRM data management; Medical on Call).

- Field (US): $124,090–$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
