Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within a defined cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Serve as primary field point of contact for physicians/HCPs and regional thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; build demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop territory/account plans; use SOPHIA insights to inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Present approved resources/publications with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs (Speakers Bureau approved); maintain expertise on emerging data; respond to unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally to improve customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; strong customer credibility/account management and selling performance; cross-functional effectiveness.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.

Skills/Competencies (Desired)
- Patient-centricity, scientific agility, analytical capability, digital agility (CE^3/CRM), teamwork/enterprise mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- $124,090–$150,370 base (field/U.S.); additional incentive cash/stock may be available; health/wellbeing/financial protection and paid time off.
