Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications in a defined territory to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership.
- Present approved scientific information to HCPs (e.g., lunch and learns) and ensure medical accuracy.
- Organize external speaker programs (speaker selection, scheduling, logistics).
- Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share insights internally.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers.
- Demonstrated account management and sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong selling/promotional skills (track record).
