Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications in a defined territory/region to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by explaining the clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas; implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Lead fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources consistent with label; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Credibility-building experience with customers/office staff for differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Proven account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.

Preferred
- Cardiovascular experience.

Skills/Competencies
- Patient-centric mindset; analytical/data interpretation; digital/technology use (CE^3, CRM, Medical on Call); strong communication/presentation.
