Position Summary
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) driving demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines in an assigned territory by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) via deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within territory/region to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (when implemented) to generate insights, inform call planning, and provide tool feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present scientific information consistent with label (e.g., lunch-and-learns); ensure medical accuracy.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau–approved list; scheduling/logistics).
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications.
- Provide real-time support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with customers and a customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do attitude.
