Position Summary
- Field-based role driving demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise with BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio promotion: promote approved indications in territory to meet/exceed sales targets; create compliant demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; develop territory/account plans; use SOPHIA insights; provide feedback to leadership.
- Scientific dialogue: present approved scientific resources with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/technical questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: partner with other field teams; share internal insights with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and influence network; customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling competencies, and proven sales performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with positive team mindset; can-do attitude.
