Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines in their portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific, label-consistent dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs as the primary point of contact.
- Field-based role spending 100% of time in the field with external customers; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while meeting business results and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 tools (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Use approved scientific resources to present accurate information; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (approved Speakers Bureau list) including scheduling/logistics.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications; respond to unsolicited/complex questions via Medical on Call.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share internal insights with appropriate stakeholders.

Compliance
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with customers and office staff; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience required.
- Account management and selling competencies with demonstrated goal attainment.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration; strong selling/promotional track record.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (United States): $124,090–$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
