Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in assigned portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Health Care Provider (HCP) Customer Experience (Cx), deeper label-consistent scientific dialogue, and tools such as CE^3.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
- Field-based role: ~100% time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain scientific expertise; prepare/implement territory and account plans; use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue (in-office presentations, emerging data updates); organize external speaker programs; support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration to improve Cx; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility building; cardiovascular experience required.
- Strong account management and selling; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive, can-do mindset.

- Field (US): $124,090–$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
