Position Summary
- Field-based role driving demand for Bristol Myers Squibb cardiovascular medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs; liaise with internal functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Build demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise.
- Develop and execute territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning.
- Conduct accurate scientific dialogue using approved resources; lead in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns).
- Organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging approved- indication data.
- Engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building and account management; track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; cardiovascular experience preferred.
