Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) driving demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines within a defined territory by engaging HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders, community physicians/HCPs, and stakeholders; liaise cross-functionally to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating the clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans.
- Use SOPHIA to derive insights and inform call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; strong account management and sales performance.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with customers and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong selling/promotion skills; cardiovascular experience preferred.
