Senior Talent Partner

Role: Senior Talent Partner focusing on talent acquisition within the biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma sectors, supporting the development of medicines, devices, and diagnostics. Responsibilities: develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience and communication, utilize ATS for candidate tracking and reporting, facilitate interview processes, and analyze recruitment metrics. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, serve as a talent advisor, and identify future staffing requirements. Requirements: 5-8 years full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably with CRO knowledge; strong behavioral interviewing skills; proficiency with ATS, candidate databases like LinkedIn Recruiter; high school diploma or GED.
