The position is responsible for managing, tracking and measuring business results driven by a dynamic team of Inside Sales Representatives. Partner with Sales Managers to establish plans/strategies to expand the customer base; contribute to training and educational programs. Review/analyze operational data to project sales and profitability; monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts.
How Youโll Spend Your Day
- Perform micro/macro analysis to drive organizational growth; identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Coach reps on product mix and cross-selling; deliver training on current and emerging technology.
- Synthesize data across regions/segments for strategic planning, operational improvements, and enterprise initiatives.
- Supervise reps and carry out responsibilities per policies/laws.
- Assist in monitoring/revising sales strategies and performance; analyze sales reports.
- Identify training opportunities for low performers; conduct regular performance reviews.
- Work with management to develop incentive programs; facilitate tough decisions to improve sales-team quality.
- Motivate reps; participate in sales forecasting/planning; provide leadership/interface with internal support departments.
- Provide product/service information, handle complaints, and negotiate solutions.
- Stay current on products/services; use Salesforce and Tableau.
- Assist recruiting/selecting; conduct performance evaluations.
- Engage in strategic planning and budgeting for sales events; conduct 1:1 reviews.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelorโs degree (related field) required; MBA preferred.
- People leadership: 3+ years leading people OR Pharmaceutical Sales: 5+ years progressively responsible experience.
Skills

Travel: ~10% in the US. Occasional sitting; computer/data work; PPE may be required on site visits.
