SR. SPECIALTY REP (Territory: Salt Lake City, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Twin Falls, ID)

Responsibilities:
- Provide current/comprehensive Amgen product knowledge and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
- Achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages; conducting planned programs; scheduling and following up on medical educational programs; meeting/exceeding sales targets via in-person and virtual engagement.
- Manage accounts by customizing discussions to customer needs; ensuring product access; resolving/triaging reimbursement issues; maintaining product contracts.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy; analyze sales effectiveness and territory analysis; develop territory plans with the District Manager.
- Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow.
- Sustain product passion throughout the sales cycle while building the brand and focusing on serving patients.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree + 3 years sales and/or clinical experience (healthcare/scientific field, not sales-related)
OR Associate degree + 6 years
OR High school diploma/GED + 8 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years sales/marketing/clinical experience in relevant industries; product or hospital sales experience in specified therapeutic areas/diseases.
- Advanced influencing/relationship-building skills; local market knowledge.
- Bachelorโ€™s in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
