Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing promotion and communications materials aligned with brand strategy and within regulatory/company policy.
- Create pull-through materials and payer-related solutions for field sales.
- Partner with brand team and agencies to ensure offerings meet customer and product objectives.
- Provide analytical support to brand team and Marketing Associate Director.
- Lead promotion review activities for assigned brands: prioritize and deliver meetings; represent payer segment needs in brand priorities; coordinate approvals with attorney/scientific/medical leads; manage payer budgets; complete required administrative tasks; manage agency partners.
- Work across segments (Pharmacy & Distribution, Hospital/Federal, Reimbursement) to provide payer resources/communications.
- Interface with point Account Executives to obtain feedback/insight.
- Participate in annual planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 3 years of professional work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple complex/priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication; can articulate strategic choices, opportunities, and risks.
- Strong marketing fundamentals; align marketing strategy to tactical resource development.
- Experience influencing without direct authority and working cross-functionally.
- Up to 10% travel.
