Senior Specialist, Chronic Care Sales Force Effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Translate customer insights into targeted territory actions and call plans; improve customer engagement and facilitate field execution.
- Territory & call planning: collaborate with Sales leadership to operationalize call plans; implement changes and monitor impact; analyze HCP reach, call frequency/quality; recommend tactical adjustments (territory rebalance, routing, prioritized targets).
- Performance measurement & insights: maintain/publish field KPIs, dashboards, scorecards; analyze trends; conduct root-cause analyses for underperforming territories/segments and recommend interventions.
- Field productivity tools adoption: drive training/onboarding/user support; collect field feedback and submit enhancement requests for IT/digital/operations partners.
- Pilot & program execution: design/run/measure field effectiveness initiatives; manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cross-functional coordination: partner with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Finance; serve as operational liaison to accelerate issue resolution and deployment.
- Field enablement: coach leaders and reps; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
- Compliance & documentation: ensure materials/programs comply with policies, regulations, and promotional codes; maintain governance/audit documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma + 4+ years relevant experience; 2+ years in pharma sales/marketing/commercial ops or related.
- Strong analytics/problem-solving; business acumen; cross-functional execution; communication/organization/project management.
- Microsoft Excel/data analysis; KPI reporting; territory/call planning and CRM/tool usage (e.g., Veeva).
- Compliance/governance adherence; travel ~10%.
