Senior Specialist, Chronic Care Sales Force Effectiveness
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer insights into targeted territory actions and call plans; improve customer engagement and field execution.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to operationalize and adjust call plans, targets, routing, and territory coverage based on HCP reach, frequency, and call quality.
- Maintain and analyze field KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards; perform root-cause analyses and recommend interventions.
- Drive adoption of field productivity tools (training, onboarding, user support); capture feedback and submit enhancement requests.
- Design, run, measure, and scale field effectiveness initiatives (e.g., training, digital detailing, call guides) with project plans and deliverables.
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Finance) to align priorities, ensure compliance, and operationalize programs; serve as liaison to resolve issues.
- Coach leadership and representatives on tools/processes; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance knowledge for field materials and policies; keep documentation for governance and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma; 4+ years relevant experience; 2+ years in pharma sales/marketing/commercial ops or related.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; business acumen; cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication, organization, project management, stakeholder influence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/data tools; maintain KPIs and actionable reports.
- Field experience incl. territory/call planning and CRM/tool usage (e.g., Veeva); customer-first mindset.
- Compliance/governance standards; travel ~10%.
Preferred Skills:
- Chronic care sales or key account management; product launch/field execution initiatives; sales force effectiveness/targeting/segmentation/incentives.
- Advanced analytics/AI, omnichannel/digital engagement, vendor/budget influence, training/change management.
