Senior Specialist, Change Management

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multiple change management strategies, including integrated change management, communications, and training plans; apply structured change management methodology to small-scale initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and change management team to build integrated plans and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Conduct change impact analysis (people, process, technology), perform risk and change readiness assessments.
- Build relationships as a trusted partner with leadership and project leads to identify and address gaps.
- Define and measure success criteria; monitor change management progress.
- Write and edit engaging, visually appealing communications (e.g., project communications, success stories, executive summaries, blog posts, presentations).
- Design, develop, and deploy training courses and course assets using eLearning and blended solutions; create and maintain training curriculum and tracks.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by tracking outcomes.
- Use standard communication/training templates and tools (e.g., SharePoint/shared drive, Captivate).
- Ensure deliverables align with branding guidelines; package/organize assets prior to delivery.
- Leverage metrics and reports to identify change management opportunities; partner with Training Logistics for timely, accurate training and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s with 6 years OR Masterโ€™s with 5 years OR PhD with 0 years (related field).
- Change management methodology certification preferred (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, Managed Change).
- Analytical, problem-solving, conceptual skills.
- Proven ability to adapt communication style for different modes and multicultural audiences.
- Strong English communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong group facilitation experience and written communication.
