The primary purpose of this role is to support the design and implementation of the analytical process that drives field force sizing and bag structure across Diabetes, Obesity, Educators, Rare Disease, CV, other future commercial sales forces, and Market Access using cross-functional input.
Responsibilities:
- Act as internal consultant for field force size/structure projects; develop single-brand optimization with brand teams and incorporate CI/market events, targets, and key objectives; provide recommendations for Executive Team approval.
- Run bag-structure scenarios to optimize effort on key brands.
- Support commercial field force alignment/expansion projects and pipeline/deployment alignment.
- Enable cross-functional best-practice sharing in field resource planning.
- Schedule meetings/deliverables; manage project risks/opportunities in deliverables.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams; maintain a tracker for current/future brand/market events.
- Lead insights via primary/secondary research and analytics; develop innovative solutions to unstructured problems.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree preferred); 6+ years strategic/analytical experience in pharma.
- Strong writing/presentation; administrative/organizational/project management/analytical skills.
- Preferred: Xponent, Xponent PlanTrak, DDD, chargeback data; experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proficiency in Excel/Access; strong communication across all organizational levels; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Skills/Requirements:
- Strategic and analytical problem-solving; ability to simplify/synthesize information; works well under pressure.
- 10β20% overnight travel.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base pay range: $120,300β$222,600; eligible for company bonus and long-term incentives/vehicles.
