Senior Research Associate, Immunology

Role: Senior Research Associate supporting biologics discovery and development in an immuno-oncology biotech. Responsibilities: design and execute experiments on recombinant proteins, including molecular cloning, cell line development, functional assays, protein purification, and analytics; support preclinical studies and laboratory operations; analyze data and contribute to project progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years industry experience; expertise in microbial and mammalian cell culture, molecular biology (PCR, cloning, gel electrophoresis), protein purification, and analytical techniques; experience with small rodent models preferred. High-Value: focus on immunotherapy biologics, including cell therapy platforms and immune activation strategies; lab-based role in biologics R&D; on-site in Louisville, CO, with minimal travel; physical ability to work with animals and perform lab tasks. Collaboration: works within R&D team supporting immuno-oncology pipeline. Work setup: on-site position in a research lab and vivarium.
