Purpose:
The Senior Recruiter will attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent to enable successful launch and sustainable growth of a high-performing manufacturing operations site. Act as an advisor and local talent market expert using market analysis and industry research to leverage sourcing strategies and influence stakeholders to hire for potential.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit for a specific team/function (or other areas as assigned).
- Attract top talent and build qualified candidate pools for current and future openings.
- Pre-screen candidates, manage projects, and partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
- Manage open job requisitions; update/manage SmartRecruiters; achieve recruiting metrics; report accomplishments.
- Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends/data analytics.
- Prepare and approve offer packages, including equity & market competitiveness research.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and applicant tracking compliance/reporting metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on staffing activities/issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 3β5+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment required (7+ preferred).
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
- Strong business presence; ability to instill confidence and deliver results.
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters preferred.
