Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

Role: Senior Recruiter supporting AbbVie's Research & Development organization, focusing on full-cycle talent acquisition for biotech/pharma-related functions. Responsibilities: develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, conduct pre-screening, facilitate offer negotiations, and ensure ATS compliance; partner closely with hiring managers and HR to provide consultative recruiting support, analyze hiring metrics, and deliver market insights. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years' high-volume, full-lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably within biotech, pharma, or biomedical research; strong sourcing expertise with proficiency in varied tools and methods; demonstrated ability to influence leadership and build trusted partnerships. Preferred: 5+ years' experience, experience recruiting in biomedical or pharmaceutical sectors, and familiarity with compensation including equity and incentives.
