Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

Role: Senior Recruiter supporting AbbVie's Research & Development organization through full lifecycle recruitment. Objectives: attract top biopharma talent, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to meet hiring needs. Responsibilities: manage recruitment strategies, source passive and active candidates using diverse tools, prescreen and present qualified candidates, advise hiring managers on hiring decisions, negotiate offers including market and compensation data, ensure ATS compliance, and track recruitment metrics. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or biomedical research sectors; demonstrated sourcing expertise; strong partnership and influencing skills; data-driven decision-making. Preferred: 5+ years’ experience and background in biotech or pharma recruiting, familiarity with compensation packages involving equity and incentives, experience in high-volume or competitive environments.
