Role: Senior Recruiter responsible for leading full lifecycle recruiting at Adaptive, focusing on attracting top talent to support innovative immune medicine programs. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, building diverse candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining ATS data integrity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years or Master's plus 2+ years in talent acquisition, with advanced full-cycle recruiting knowledge, relationship-building skills, and familiarity with employment laws. High-value: biotech environment, talent acquisition within a fast-paced, innovative biopharma setting. Location: onsite in Seattle and/or Bothell, with potential for local travel.
