Purpose
- Manage large global projects across disciplines and multiple manufacturing locations.
- Lead coordinated project management for manufacturing and/or technical activities to ensure successful tech transfer and commercialization by integrating R&D, S&T, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
- After product launch, manage capacity strategy, assurance of supply programs, and cost reduction initiatives across the network.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical input shaping strategies for front-end planning, due diligence, and technical feasibility assessments for new product introductions.
- Implement site transfers, new indications, new presentations, and lifecycle projects for on-market programs on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify and drive technical/project plan issues to closure; troubleshoot and drive decisions with relevant functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Understand project drivers/requirements/options and develop contingency and risk mitigation plans.
- Manage competing timelines and set project priorities.
- Communicate/present project status to Operations senior management and stakeholders; set program/project plans (timelines and expenses) and ensure achievement.
- Define budget requirements and report monthly actuals, LBE, and Plan/LRP schedules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related discipline, or equivalent technical experience with demonstrated competence.
- 10+ years of combined experience in process development, project management, engineering/process support, and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, supply chain, validation, engineering, CMC technical development, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated project management skills with successful project delivery.
- Ability to facilitate resolution of complex scientific, technical, analytical, and business issues across functional lines.
- Plant experience (required).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
