Purpose:
The Program Manager is responsible for managing large global projects across disciplines and multiple manufacturing locations. Provides leadership and coordinated project management for manufacturing and/or technical activities to ensure successful tech transfer and commercialization, integrating efforts of R&D, S&T, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory. After product launch, manages product capacity strategy, assurance of supply programs, and cost reduction initiatives across the network.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input to shape strategies for front-end planning, due diligence, and technical feasibility assessments for new product introductions.
- Implement site transfers, new indications, new presentations, and lifecycle projects for on-market programs on time and within budget.
- Identify and drive technical and project plan issues to closure by collaborating across functions, troubleshooting, and driving decisions.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Understand project drivers and scenarios; proactively develop contingency and risk mitigation plans.
- Manage competing timelines and set priorities across projects.
- Communicate and present project status to Operations senior management and stakeholders; set program/project plans (timelines and expenses) aligned to business objectives.
- Define budget requirements and report monthly actuals, LBE, and Plan/LRP schedules per financial schedule.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, science, or related discipline, or equivalent technical experience with demonstrated competence.
- 10+ yearsโ€™ combined experience in process development, project management, engineering/process support, and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Validation, Engineering, CMC technical development, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Demonstrated organizational/planning skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong project management skills with successful project delivery.
- Ability to facilitate resolution of complex scientific, technical, analytical, and business issues across functional lines.
- Plant experience (required).
- PMP certification (plus).
- Proficiency in multiple languages (plus).
