Senior Product Manager, HCP NPP (Non-Personal Promotion) Marketing – Oncology
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute HCP NPP initiatives.
- Develop and lead key elements of the NPP brand strategy for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC) and HR+/HER2-.
- Drive execution of core HCP tactics via external agencies, internal cross-functional partners, and field sales; measure initiative success.
- Implement product promotional communication strategy for HCP promotions aligned to overall brand strategy.
- Gain approval for marketing materials via internal review (management reviews and Med-Legal-Reg).
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze brand opportunities; provide recommendations and action planning.
- Provide tactical and strategic input on launch planning workstreams (NPP segmentation and NBA orchestration).
- Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Manage NPP marketing budget and project timelines.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience OR PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience; marketing-related bachelor’s; familiarity with marketing/sales/commercial policies.
- Marketing research and/or pharmaceutical sales experience; MBA preferred; therapeutic area knowledge.
- Experience with NPP/digital strategies, advocacy/community/national health systems, Canada & Managed Markets.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, regulatory understanding, and ability to manage budgets; experience with cross-functional teams/agencies.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $169,320–$219,120; may be eligible for discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
