The Role (Remote/Field-Based): Reporting to the Senior Director of Precision Engagement, the Senior Precision Engagement Manager will drive primarily virtual engagement across regionally prioritized HCPs and geographies through data-driven decision-making, brand promotion, and collaborative regional support.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Nuvalent products virtually across a defined geography; prioritize outreach to targeted HCPs.
- Support Regional Business Directors (RBDs) and Oncology Account Managers (OAMs) with supplemental virtual interactions to maximize field effectiveness.
- Expand team reach by covering lower-potential HCPs not addressed through traditional field roles.
- Synthesize multiple data streams to determine data relevance and triangulate insights for potential lead generation.
- Ingest and filter broad data sets to identify quality leads for follow-up.
- Continuously assess intelligence to prioritize accounts and design engagement strategies.
- Support regional opportunities by facilitating HCP access; participate in patient-following, regional segmentation, and engagement gap assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, NP, MS, or related) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry (oncology preferred), healthcare triage, or direct oncology patient care; Nurse Educator, Medical Science Liaison, or Sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- CRM and/or patient record database/chart proficiency.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends; travel ~10%.
- Strong organizational skills; strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
