Territory: Los Angeles, Torrance, Mission Hills, Tarzana, Santa Monica, Oxnard, San Buenaventura; also includes Hawaii.

Primary Objective of Position
- Sell and succeed in competitive oncology markets through strategic account/customer business plans that drive adoption and utilization of Puma’s first commercial oncology product.
- Achieve all territory sales goals by promoting, selling, and supporting the approved oncology product indication; educate physicians and other HCPs on benefits for the applicable therapeutic area/disease state.

Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Develops and executes robust territory business plans.
- Meets/exceeds assigned sales goals, brand KPIs, and objectives.
- Builds and manages long-term relationships with key stakeholders in territory.
- Conducts compelling discussions with physicians/HCPs in support of approved indication.
- Uses approved resources/messages; explains features and benefits using persuasive sales techniques.
- Collaborates with internal cross-functional partners (clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, medical science liaisons).
- Plans and organizes promotional speakers programs with Speakers Bureau vendor.
- Communicates competitive market intelligence to brand teams/management.
- Monitors operating costs and budget; ensures activities align with company policies.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience.
- Proven results; ability to drive outcomes in competitive markets.
- Market Access or Reimbursement experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience promoting breast cancer products.
- Experience promoting rare disease products.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $180,000–$210,000/year; quarterly incentive compensation; robust benefits package.
